Easy 120-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns within 120 days of delivery—for any reason.
Return Guidelines:
- Products must be in new, sellable condition.
- Contact us to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) with step-by-step return instructions.
- Refunds include the item price and sales tax, excluding return shipping—unless the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or the correct item—your choice.
Important Notes:
- Use a trackable shipping method—we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Do not send returns C.O.D.
- If your item was damaged in transit, keep the packaging and contact the carrier for inspection.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If your card is no longer active, we'll send a check instead.
